Stroop Haus was born in Santa Barbara, CA, from a love of travel, culture, and the simple joy of discovering something sweet and special in every corner of the world. Founded by local Chef Steph Lagunes, StroopHaus celebrates Dutch flavors and traditions that connect people with the beloved Dutch stroopwafel.

As a Chef and traveler, Steph has always been inspired by the stories behind food. From the cozy markets of Amsterdam to the vibrant streets of Latin America. Each waffle is made fresh, golden, and filled with care, a little reminder of the warmth and connection that food brings wherever you go.
