About Stroop Haus

Stroop Haus brings a little taste of the Netherlands to celebrations along California’s Central Coast. Our mobile dessert cart was inspired by Dutch street markets and modern event culture. 

Stroop Haus is all about simple, feel-good desserts that bring people together. Guests gather around the cart, watch stroopwafels being pressed, choose their toppings, and usually come back for seconds.

We focus on doing one thing really well: crisp, warm stroopwafels that are fun to customize and impossible to resist. As Santa Barbara locals, we care deeply about the events and communities we serve. From weddings and quinceañeras to neighborhood gatherings and corporate celebrations, we’re committed to creating warm, memorable experiences with friendly service and attention to every detail.
