Stroop Haus brings a little taste of the Netherlands to celebrations along California’s Central Coast. Our mobile dessert cart was inspired by Dutch street markets and modern event culture. 

Our mobile dessert cart serves handcrafted Dutch stroopwafels made live, filled with classic caramel-stroop syrup, dipped in warm chocolate, and finished with fun toppings your guests can customize.

We focus on doing one thing really well: crisp, warm stroopwafels, sweet toppings, and that irresistible smell that pulls everyone toward the dessert cart.
